Disliked: Ramps on stairs caused luggage to spill everywhere and there were over 5 of them, a broken telephone so you had to use your cell to call the front desk, the overwhelming smell of smoke everywhere, linens were not clean, breakfast was not served, and the room was dirty.

Black mold warning!

Liked: Front desk staff seemed nice, bedding clean and comfortable, location OK for someone without a car (the hotel is on a busyish road but most of the walk is through a nice neighborhood.)
Disliked: Musty smelling, worn wood and upholstery, black mold on air conditioner, dirty utensils in kitchen drawer (no kitchen cleaning supplies were provided so can't entirely blame the previous visitors), I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and air freshener. They only provide room cleaning once a week, but one day I came back and there were lights on that were not on when I left, indicating that someone came into the room. And the WIFI service was slow.
