It was fantastic!!

Liked: 1st time and for I paid for was not expecting a full kitchen and large bath. Plus a couch to watch TV and not lying in bed. Will book at Main Stays from now on if they're as great as in Waukee.
Disliked: Found no issues

Liked: The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a motel!
Disliked: Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way.

Disliked: Room needed repairs. TV didn't work. Was fixed the first night but didn't work after it was shut off.

Liked: I stayed with two large doggies. They did well there. There was plenty of space in the room, and outdoors. They have hard floors, and decent carpet. Perfect for pups. It is a new facility, so that was good!

Liked: Room size was just right. Location was good. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: Despite having turned the A/C to 68 at 3:00 upon my check in, the room was nearly 76 degrees at bedtime (85-86 outside that weekend). I turned it down again with no luck and finally called the front desk to be sure I wasn’t doing something wrong or missing something. It was a miserable night but the A/C seemed to be improved the second night. It never did cool off as expected. To have been given a refund for the first night would have been a fair gesture but none was made.
