Disliked: Some staff were not friendly. Friday morning I picked up my sister who has a boot on foot and crutches from airport. Probably about 11:45 lobby floor was wet. Her crutch slipped and injured foot. I grabbed her so she didn't fall. Front desk and housekeeper watching us. I had her sit on cart for luggage pushed her to front desk. That part was dry. My sister told clerk she almost fell and clerk told her that there is a wet floor sign. We didn't argue. Just got in elevator
