Liked: Close to MDANDERSON for appt. Shuttle service was efficient and pleasant.
Disliked: Extensive mold on curtains hanging over in ac unit in room. Terrible mold related smell. No offer to address issue when reported after check in. No options available to move rooms or a different hotel available. Reported again with pictures at check out because no one came to look at or deal with issue. Asked to see management - told unavailable due to a meeting (in the room next to the lobby.) sent email with photos to manager but received no response. $165+ for a night and now sick from moldy environment. Was in Houston for cancer treatment follow up appt.
