Liked: I cannot answer these question. Had a reservation paid in full prior to arrival and when I arrived at 12 noon, I was informed that they had no room. Desk clerk was not helpful at all. I told him that i paid in full and showed him my paper work from bookings .com and he said, "we have no room." i asked for a refund and he said that he could not give it to me. I had to contact bookings.com. I asked if he knew of a motel that was close to this area and he said no. This is the first time that the clerk in a motel did not suggest or call another motel to see if they had a room. I was very upset. Took awhile, but I finally found another place to stay. ,
