Liked: nothing was good here
Disliked: took more than 30 minutes to get my room even though i had reservation done, rooms had roaches and was dirty. they made me pay again even though i booked through this site.

Disliked: I usually dont write reviews, and i dont like to be karen, but i had to write it because it was a bad experience at the hotel. They didn't give us the room we booked. The heater/ac was malfunctioning. It was cold as hell in the morning, even though we set the heater to 75.

Horrible I left. I wish...

Disliked: Upon arrival, unsure of whether a a room was available. The first room assigned had no mattress and wasn't made up. Garbage and laundry on the floor. The 2nd room roaches crawling on the door and wall. I asked for a refund and the front desk person said he was unable to accommodate without the manager. I never received a refund, and the GM has still not returned my call. People were smoking crack outside the door of the entrance, the worst experience of my life. I will never go back.
