Good for a one night...

Liked: Pet friendly, large room, easy parking, hot shower
Disliked: Kitchen was set up poorly, greasy dishes in closets, no utensils, microwave near floor (in pet friendly room!). It was hard to get someone at desk due to understaffed

Disliked: Hair dryer didn't work. Bathroom floor dirty.

Liked: I like the full size fridge and kitchenette area.
Disliked: Room was dirty which made it uncomfortable. The TV remote was filthy, the sink in the kitchenette area had food stuck to it, and the shower was dirty.

Liked: The staff was amazing! So helpful and positive, I loved the energy.
Disliked: The water never got warm and the sink drained very slow. There was also some trash and pet items left behind.

Liked: I liked having the big frigerator in the kitchen but there were no pots and pans no cups no dishes I asked the front desk and they were in the middle of inventory... I had to get in a big fight threatened to check out before I could get one fry pan because they said they hadn't done an inventory that room yet I also had to change rooms for my handicap to a regular room because there is no lounge chair in the handicap room I was going to be there for 11 days but couldn't sit on the edge of the bed for 11 days The front desk people couldn't change my room or do anything without permission of the manager and when he finally came downstairs he was rude.. and treated me like I was asking too much I finally told him I can't believe I'm going to check out of this hotel cuz you can't give me a fry pan he finally gave me one I went back to my room I was so upset I packed my stuff up and left The next morning ..and I couldn't get a receipt either no printed paperwork

Disliked: Apparently since they changed over from My Place Hotel, they now charge $100 *CASH* deposit that they keep in the till and give back to you when you checkout. No one carries cash these days. Why not accept credit card. Especially after a long day of travelling. Then having to go find a cash machine. It would’ve also been nice to know that ahead of time. The bathroom door handle assembly fell apart. The main room door didn’t close properly.
