I had reserved non-smoking and all they had was smoking. Room smelled really bad. Also, the ice maker in the fridge did not work. Wasn't impressed - felt sick for the whole stay because of smell.

Disliked: The room that was first assigned to me smelled like cigarette smoke.The front desk was kind and helpful enough to upgrade my room to a suite, and they apologized for the inconvenience

Disliked: My room smelled of urine as a couch pillow was contaminated with it. I went to the desk to request another room to no avail. Housekeeping or management tried to hide the smell by having the a/c on. I requested a refund immediately since they could facilitate another room.
