Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: I was told there was a $100 incident hold placed on my card. The front desk clerk actually placed a $522 hold on my account. When I brought it to the front desk clerk attention she told me to call my bank. The shower head was filthy as was the bathroom floor. Breakfast included is a joke. There was no juice nor coffee and one morning just no breakfast AT ALL. The temperature outside dropped but the heater in our room would not come on. We informed the front desk of the issue and was promised it would be repaired by the time Dee return for the evening. Upon our return there was a different front desk clerk who had no idea if the repairs had been made to get the heat to come on. Well it was not, he offered us another room but it was late we were tired and just didn’t want to have to pack our belongings to move since it was our last night. Each time we left our room we had to get the room cards reactivated. This is the worst hotel experience. They should not be listed through Booking.com until they are able to offer a better quality of service.
