I paid a premium for...
Liked: The young lady that checked me in was pleasant, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Not to the level expected reflecting the cost, but tasty.
Disliked: I didn't like all the bugs I had to "take care of." I didn't like the parking. It's kinda tight. I didn't like the noises the shower pan made when I stepped on it. I didn't like the inability to control the temperature. There was a control pad/thermometer but it was unresponsive. I didn't like that the secondary locking feature at the entry door was comprised.

Disliked: The room was not clean. The person at the counter was hospitable. I had to clean and disinfect the bed before I could sleep on it?

Liked: The girl who checked us in was helpful with extra things I needed
Disliked: The refrigerator toaster and counter was filthy. I literally had to clean them off. The freezer had crumbs in it as did the refrigerator and the doors toaster and mirrors look like they never been cleaned. You can tell it’s not vacuumed frequently because stuff’s under furniture and behind things. Good down on the side of the fridge on the floor. I will not be staying there anymore, I was pretty disappointed. If I could I would ask for a refund. We left way earlier than we planned because we were unhappy with the cleanliness.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Tv worked great nice bathroom. For the price we paid I was surprised how nice it was.
Disliked: Me and my fried were travelling together, we are both 19. I travel alone often so I know the check in age at many hotels is 21. I found this hotel online and 2 different sources said the check in age was 18. Prior to booking I also called the front desk to ask and they confirmed that as long as I had a valid ID and the credit card I used to book (whish IS in my name) I wouldn’t have any problems. Unsure if there was some sort of miscommunication but when we showed up, the front desk lady said she could not check me in because I wasnt 21. I explained what about looking online and calling etc to which she just shrugged. I started to get upset because I was now states away from home with nowhere to stay because the hotel lied to me. I ask what we’re supposed to do and she didnt seem to have a care in the world at all, no recommendations for help or anything/ She was extremely rude, tossed my ID back over the counter and looked past me to the person behind me and asked them if they would like to check in and would not answer anymore of my questions. We ended up getting in touch with a manager which was helpful and let us stay the night in our room still. When we rechecked in she rolled her eyes at us and would barely say a word. Very stressful experience that could’ve went much smoother has the she been even the smallest bit more helpful or just nice in general.
