Liked: I liked that it was quick to check-in and Check-out. There was no problems at all during the 3 nights we stayed. I liked the breakfast, it was a super clean hotel in general.
Disliked: I did not like at all the key rooms. At times it did not work at all and I had to go to the office to get it replaced. I don’t like either that the pool/jacuzzi is open only 3 hours. I think that short amount of time does not work out for a lot of people. I think it would be better if would be opened from latest 5 or 6 and it should stay open a little later. That would be awesome.

Disliked: i dont like the way they serve breakfast as i am muslim and use halal food only but the lady serving breaking using the same spoon for pork,eggs and potatoes

Our stay was good and...

Liked: It was clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our rooms were too hot. Even with the heater turned off. We had to open the sliding doors to let cool air in. Also, they do not offer adjoining rooms. We were traveling with our adult/teenage children and prefer the rooms to be adjoining, so that will be a factor in where we stay the next time we travel to Santa Ana.

Disliked: Ok first off nobody came and changed the sheets gave us new towels told me it’s a limit me and my family paid 600 dollars so for it to be a limit on some towels is crazy

Disliked: No one cleaned our room. No fresh towels were given. Our trash wasn’t thrown away. Heater blew cold air. Toilet was coming apart. Hotel had no drinking water available. Smells old.
