Disliked: My key cards never worked, my do not disturb sign would always go missing, it smelled stale, dirt everywhere, and the last morning there were bugs all over the wall before going into the bathroom and I look up and there was mold over the vent they were coming out of. We left immediately. They told me my $200 deposit was released when in fact it posted to my credit card.

Disliked: Our room key stopped working the last two days we were there. Had to go to front desk. Easy fix , but inconvenient.

Liked: I think the breakfast was decent, not many options. I like that it’s quick and made to order. The room was clean, but it was difficult to get extra toiletries through room service. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone when I called.
Disliked: Room service could be better. My room key didn’t work most of the time and had to go to the front to get it fixed.
