Disliked: The fridge LOUD! HEATER, WORSE I felt like I had a Harley in room! Maids RUDE! Front desk, very pleasant! Mattress very uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!I had a room right across from the front desk and maid area. It started at 5am and didn't end the chatter until 4pm.

Good

Liked: Good location. Close to I680, I80 and US6(Dodge Street. Was able to get anywhere in Omaha in a short period of time.
Disliked: The only real flaw was there was no remote for the television in my room. The night clerk, did not seem to care, and was of little help. But the day clerk and one of the members of housekeeping staff took care of it in a few minutes.

Disliked: I wish they had breakfast (the weather was really bad and this was an unplanned visit). There were barely any soaps/grooming items available .

You get what you pay...

Liked: The rates are good and it is in a great location.
Disliked: It's becoming more and more obvious that it is a travel lodge/ pay by the month setting. We have stayed there a lot ourselves over the past year, but lately it doesn't seem like it's getting cleaned as much and it reeks of cigarettes. Also, every single visit we have had to scrounge up a coffee pot that works. This time was no exception and they didn't even have one at all. It's 69$ a night...I mean, I don't even know what to expect these days for that price. It doesn't have bugs, so that's good! But, we're probably going to start paying a few extra bucks.
