Employees made you feel uncomfortable...

Liked: The location & facility is really nice… Employees/Staff not so much, no manager there so not a single employee did anything! At checkout-in the guy sat in a chair in the lobby playing on his phone while we and others stood there (had no clue he even worked there) until another lady asked him if he knew where the clerk was and he responded I will get to you in a minute. No one made breakfast, no one cleaned rooms or brought clean towels, etc. most of the time there were three people at front desk just standing there talking and if you interrupted you got a smart-aleck comment and a hateful stare. Not to mention the smell of marijuana that I’m pretty sure staff was smoking.Will not be staying there again and we come to Murfreesboro regularly on business!

Liked: We had called prior to check if total fee was inclusive of the pet fees and we were assured it was jncluded in the total price. Only to find out it was an additional $60 for a small pet to stay for one night. Was also supposed to have breakfast included in our rate and they had absolutely nothing for breakfast. The juice machines were “down”, no coffee, fresh fruit. Absolutely nothing. Lights off. Completely closed down. The bathroom was disgusting. The pull out bed from the couch didn’t have sheets or blankets so we called the front desk to request some be sent up and the front desk worker was extremely rude and we were told we needed to come get them ourselves.

Overall, very nice hotel

Liked: The room looked exactly like it did online and the room was very nice.
Disliked: We were in town for a basketball tournament and both days there was a sign in the lobby that said “no breakfast sorry” that is part of the reason we picked this hotel was because they had breakfast. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience.

Liked: The amenities were good, newer hotel, great location near everything like shops, restaurants, and everything else essential.
Disliked: Everything was good, however my only complaint was the bed was a little bit too firm for me and I woke up with achy hips because of it.
