Spacious room, clean & close...

Liked: Spacious room (two queens and pull out bed in couch), full kitchen and fridge were wonderful
Disliked: Couple more fruit items at breakfast, but overall very good selection

Nice accommodation in Moab!

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was adequate for our day of hiking in Moab.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Liked: Room - after 1st night had my room moved to my original request which was much quieter also, it had a bit of a view out the window.Breakfast was plentiful BUT - see below. The 2 people working the kitchen were attentive in keeping food available, cleaning up after guests. Also, most of the people at the front desk were helpful - e.g. in getting my room changed, calling maintenance about the ceiling, directions or getting change for the washing machine.
Disliked: The 1st night's room was very noisy, not only from street noise but from above with people walking around. There didn't appear to be any sound isolation built into the walls and floor joists. Staying with the 1st room there was a small spot of flaking ceiling in the bathroom and a drawer in the kitchen had some sort of white particles over the drawer bottom.Some of the quality of the food might have been better - e.g. less white bread and wheat bread made from a company that makes wheat bread. One last note if I may, recently started drinking coffee again and the product offered didn't offer much in the way taste.

Disliked: Parking was challenging after arriving in the late hours due to limited parking stalls.
