Liked: Location is great, very nice and clean, front desk worker when checked in was awesome.
Disliked: My room had a very awful smell, cleaner walked into my room on check out day a whole hour before check out. did not like that at all.

Disliked: Had to cancel booking. We arrived and was told there would be a $600 deposit. For a mainstay suites that is average at best? Absolutely not. The staff was nice and canceled our booking and we located another hotel to stay at. That is insane and was not clearly stated when booking.

Liked: Gabriel, the night desk clerk, was exceptional. The morning desk attendant was, ok.
Disliked: There was garbage under the beds. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a very, very long time. When I mentioned it to the morning desk attendant, she simply said the hotel has cut their cleaning staff hours and did not have staff two days a week.
