The room didn’t appear clean.
Disliked: The bathroom outlet didn’t work, the phone didn’t work. The walls and doors didn’t appear clean. When the sheets came up on the side I noticed the mattress protector was stained with blood and urine.

Disliked: I found bugs in the room.I was told that no reservation for me although they gave a room at the same rate.

Disliked: Overcharge on Hotel Booking – Still UnresolvedI booked a hotel for $381.94, but my card was charged $449.74 – an overcharge of $67.80. At the same time, two additional charges of $168.37 and $224.87 were made. These amounts were eventually refunded, but the $67.80 overcharge is still outstanding.I’ve reached out to customer support and shared screenshots of the charges, but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. I hope this gets sorted out soon. I recommend keeping an eye on your statements when booking to catch any discrepancies early.
