Liked: I book a room on Wednesday Oct 4 and paid for a 2 night stay in suit and they said they had plumbers issues but they told me no more suit they can movie me in a suit on Saturday. And I told I need the difference back they said it will be a 10 refund back to my card and I will never stay in the my say again

Two Rooms, Two nights

Liked: The location of our event (at Mccowan Football Park) is convenient! There areplenty of restaurants nearby as well. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a plus.
Disliked: We had 2 rooms and 7 people. The towel shortage was real! Getting a couple extra took until the following morning and an extra blanket was unavailable. Breakfast was ok but definitely not well appointed. One employee managing it all by herself including making waffles (to eliminate the mess that would be made by everyone doing it themselves). Ran out of things too early. The employee did her best to accomodate.We arrived just after 5pm and the desk stated they didn't have our reservations for either room. I had to call Booking.com (which is in the UK btw and at a number that wasn't toll free) to get them to resend the info as my booking date was 2 weeks prior but the service overall was great and everything worked out.
