Great room at a great price. The room was great all together. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that there was a full kitchen. Anytime I stay anywhere there's always take home food and nowhere to keep it cold, so I loved that there was a fridge. The bathroom wasn't a bad size. I loved that I could bring my pet as well. And the staff was very friendly, nice, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Coffee was weak.
Disliked: We had NO hot water in our room. The receptionist was told on Saturday morning. When we returned to our room late Saturday night, still no hot water. The receptionist was told again on check out on November 10, 2024. She stated the hotel does not have any help on the weekend to take care of that type problem.

Liked: Travelled into Knoxville for Tennessee Vols game and settled for this cheaper accommodation outside of downtown. Short distance to travel 20 mins, runs a bus to the stadium which is helpful. Overall cheap room for the weekend in which everything else was well booked ahead at very steep prices.
Disliked: Hallways and room stunk of smokers. Smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly to a good standard in decades. Building was disgusting, area was full of crackheads and noisey all night. All 3 of us caught
