Liked: The staff was really nice. The room was clean. The shower was clean.
Disliked: The blankets on the beds were really thin. Like an extra sheet. I think blankets need to be thicker.

Bad experience

Disliked: Room was dirty, could tell it wasn’t swept or anything. Our bed only had a flat sheet on top and when we called to ask for blankets we were hung up on. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly front counter staff
Disliked: This is not a hotel for a short-term lodger. It is mainly for low-income people who stay there long-term. The hotel is dated, and so are the rooms. There is only a sheet on the bed, and you have to crank up the heat to 80 to get any heat to come into the bedroom. There were crumbs on the sofa. The location is okay but not the best. Also, I checked out two nights early, and they refused to give me a refund

Liked: The staff and managers always willing to do all they can to make sure ur comfortable and happy the hole time good place to stay .

Disgusting smell through out the...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Didn’t end up staying there. Checked in and then right out. The room smelled really bad, the floors were sticky, the toilet didn’t work, and more. When I asked to be moved to another room my request was denied. I didn’t want to stay there and would never go back.

Would not go again unless...

Liked: The bed was good, The refrigerator worked well. The TV and available channels was good. The location was great. The hvac unit worked well. The toilet and sink and stovetop all worked well. The floor was decent, though a bit sticky feeling when wet.
Disliked: Bugs. The stay would have been pretty decent except for the 4 or 5 little roach like looking bugs I killed in the kitchen and the bathroom over a few days. The carpets in the hallway were horrible and smelly like a wet dog and old smoke. The room smelled fine though. The bathroom was decent with some bad spots on the ceiling and around the tub. The soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers were rusted. Dishes were lacking, no frying pan available.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff here are all great. Rooms are well equipped (full size fridge, dishwasher, FULL SIZE microwave, 2 burner stove) for longer stays. The location, price, and amenities are an exceptional value here. I had two maintenance issues and both were resolved promptly. For what this hotel is, it is perfect.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated and may have an issue or two, hotel allows dogs (a negative in my book as someone with allergies), but neither are serious issues.

Bad

Disliked: The hotel canceled our reservation without informing us. So we arrived to find out there wasn’t any rooms available due to being overbooked. Luckily we found a room at another hotel.
