Disliked: It said includes breakfast and it doesn’t anymore also the jacuzzi was down the whole time and then the pool was closed from our last full day there until even when we were checking out my kids were very disappointed and the elevator has serious issues and then when you go to take the stairs they have broken stairs covered up with carpet and my kid tripped going down them when the elevator almost got us stuck and the beds are very uncomfortable my hips and back have been killing me all weekend and even after returning home honestly we won’t be returning

Disliked: There was no hot water in my room. The room was small and the sheets had a few stains. The front desk agent never smiled. I didn’t know the property was pet friendly so I had a barking dog in my floor
