Liked: Lots of space worker was very nice
Disliked: Lack of snow removal behind cabinets were dusty

Home sweet home!

Liked: The lounge with green couch and fireplace. Pool whirlpool. Everything in the room, the kitchen, couch area, cozy bed! Slept so good.....I didn't even make it to the cute dining area where breakfast is served cause I slept so well! Oh well next time.

The dog barking and lack...

Liked: Location was convenient for my conference and easy to get back on I-55 to get home.
Disliked: I booked the hotel based on price, location, and the fact that it said it offered breakfast (on Booking.com) however when I arrived I was told they did not offer breakfast. That was disappointing because I would not have booked a hotel without breakfast. The room was fine. The top cover of the bed did not appear very clean but I just removed it and the comforter seemed fine and the bed was comfortable enough. The very bright blue light on the microwave for me was distracting to sleep with and I was unable to find anything in my room to cover it. Probably the most frustrating was a dog on the second floor that was frequently barking (10pm). I came out of my room to find two women also complaining of the dog and saw one women knock on the door where the dog was barking with no answer. From my room (at least 6 rooms down) it sounded like the dog was in the hallway. Made it very difficulty to fall asleep. The manager, Victor, I spoke to in the morning was very nice and helpful and explained that they have contacted Booking.com multiple times to change the fact that they do not offer breakfast anymore and planned to contact them again and provide a discount on my room charge.

Disliked: It said includes breakfast and it doesn’t anymore also the jacuzzi was down the whole time and then the pool was closed from our last full day there until even when we were checking out my kids were very disappointed and the elevator has serious issues and then when you go to take the stairs they have broken stairs covered up with carpet and my kid tripped going down them when the elevator almost got us stuck and the beds are very uncomfortable my hips and back have been killing me all weekend and even after returning home honestly we won’t be returning
