Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating and quick to request.
Disliked: Facility is getting old, visible wear & tear, needs update. Room smelled but I suppose that’s expected due to kitchen.Kitchen is a must for my short stays… appreciated the kitchen.

Liked: The desk clerk Angel was very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Too many kids running the floors after 9 pm.The bad drivers in parking lot racing. There should be some signs or speed bumps.Lots of families crossing parking lot.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was clean but heavily worn. The carpets had holes through to the floor in three places, the tub was cracked and leaked water, and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower stall. The kitchen had no cooking equipment (no pot, no frying pan) but did have utensils, plates and glassware. The TV did not work. I did ask for another room but the hotel was full during the time of my stay.
Disliked: Normally I like this hotel, but this room had a lot of wear and tear. The fact the TV didn't work didn't seem to bother the front desk. They told me they were in the process of changing out the TVs in the rooms and that this room had not been upgraded yet.

Disliked: The whole room and hall way smell like mold, had an old smell to it. The tile on the floor in the bathroom and kitchen was peeling off the floor. Couches are dirty.

Disliked: Front office staff was a joke, no customer service at all. The front staff was playing on cell phones. Went to complain but, was told to get online and do it lol. Guess the kids forget front office cameras show everything lol.
