Liked: Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff were AMAZING, incredibly nice, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Front desk staff were ok. One was actually very nice. She gave my toddler a soccer ball and coloring stuff to play with.
Disliked: We asked to be moved to new rooms, front staff said they were booked but could probably find us 2 rooms, but then said there were no more rooms available after they told us to wait until 5PM. It's disappointing because we have a special needs adult that we were trying to accommodate.

It was a nice hotel....

Liked: Breakfast was nice, a lot of choices and always being replenished. All of the staff working in all parts of the hotel were very friendly and helpful! Front dest, breakfast service, and housekeeping....2 thumbs up for all of the staff.
Disliked: Room was small and dark and was VERY humid on the first night. Uncomfortable even though I put the AC up high.Not enough shampoo. The side door at the end of the hallway where our room was did not lock. It was always open even though there was a room card scanner to "unlock" the door. It didn't seem safe. Anyone could come in and out of the hotel. There were pickup trucks and workmen parked there every night drinking beer.
