Disappointing

Liked: The rooms were very nice I like the way it’s set up very comfortable
Disliked: I didn’t like that the tv in the bedroom wouldn’t work the remote wouldn’t work and asked front desk for help said she had no maintenance man and couldn’t help me get it to work, then the pool was closed? I guess they can’t get the door to open and even maintenance couldn’t open it which was sucked because my daughter was really looking forward for that. And in the bathroom there’s two tiles that are cracked and there carpet missing in the living room

Liked: Liked how the room had the sofa bed separate from the main bed.
Disliked: Ran out of towels and sheets for extra bed. It was a busy weekend for them.

Superb

Liked: I liked this hotel because it was spacious, clean, and in a great location. It felt safe. The housekeepers did an amazing job making the room feel clean and welcoming. All my requests were met. We had fun swimming, enjoyed the free breakfast, and slept great.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was a bit cold and rude. I didn't catch her name but blonde wearing glasses.
