Disliked: 1. elevator smelled like cigarettes in our non smoking hotel, 2. after scanning our key to room overwhelming smell of smoke, we turned around immediately. our new room had an odd smell, not quite mildew, just odd but we made due. beds are pretty stiff even with a pad. the tiles throughout the kitchen/bath were broken, damaged areas on the wall, the kitchenette counter had burns, the microwave was broken. the carpet was disgusting, turned our socks black. We woke up to our room keys not working, attempted to get them fixed but Amanda was no where to be seen for nearly 15min! (no front desk help at all) She finally came from outside with some food and helped us. it was stressful because we had a soccer tournament to attend and couldn't re enter our room.the breakfast is a joke, they serve grits from a crock pot, no cold items like yogurts, we went at about 830 and they had nothing but eggs and link sausage, and literally 1 bagel on the case. tried to get assistance but the front desk clerk was sleeping.throughout the weekend the hotel reeks of cigarettes and weed, informed the staff who shrugged it off , it's not family friendly in my opinion.
