Buyer Beware

Liked: Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Walked into the lobby and it was void of everything. No furniture, no people, no staff, just boxes in the corner. Finally two men showed up one being a worker there and the gentleman checking in warned us to check the room before checking in and continued on with his frustrating conversation with the staff member. At this point, I was done with this property. Everything felt wrong about this place and the two cops at the motel next door was the seal that I was not going to stay here. They refused to refund us for NOT staying there that night. If I could rate it a zero-- I would.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: Everything was terrible. The hotel was very nasty. Nothing like the pictures at all. Not only that, I booked a room with one bed, and they ended up giving me a whole other room. Then, i went back up towards the front to inform them about the mistake and i was told that it was nothing that they could do. I was very upset. The bathroom was disgusting. Bath tub was really dirty and it was just terrible. I do not recommend.

Disliked: When we walked in there was immediately an unpleasant smell. The lobby smelled strongly of paint. There was no breakfast as advertised. When we went to go to sleep, the bed was covered in stains( I have pictures). The bathroom door would not shut. The smoke detector was beeping. The phone in the room didn’t work. There was trash and hair on the floor.

Disliked: No tv. Staff was rude. Low life's hanging around late at night. Very as sketchy

Disliked: I was sent to a dirty room and when I made them aware they showed me another room, and it was in the same condition as the first, so I chose to book another hotel, and I'm still fighting to get my MONEY refunded. Never again will I use service. They get a true rating of -0.
