Nice stay but very deceitful...

Disliked: That the deposit is hard to get back and then they have the nerve to say they did not charge me the deposit

Liked: Very clean and the staff was awesome
Disliked: Breakfast that morning seemed overwhelming and understaffed.

Liked: Advertised 200.00 deposit, only charged 100.00, maintenance man was very nice and helpful, one of the front desk ladies was helpful, the room phone didn't work, I was trying to call them, she coyote hear me so she called my cell.
Disliked: Little bugs in the restroom, phone didn't work, TV remote needs batteries, went down and asked if there was something we needed to do to get the TV to work, the girl was on her phone and told my husband she didn't know anything about the TV. The one time we went down for the free breakfast, they didn't have any and it was only 7:30, said it'd be anther 45 minutes or so.
