We will NOT be staying...

Liked: It was easy to get to.
Disliked: The old refrigerator made noises all night. The TV looked like it could fall off the hinges at anytime; very unstable. The bed was hard and had plastic sheets; NOT comfortable at all. Both staff members we dealt with were very hard to understand their India accents and would not speak up for us to hear. They were NOT cooperative regarding our bill. After mentioning we would call the police, we finally got an invoice printed, but the amount showed $0. We paid ahead of time for the room; it did not show on the invoice. We won't be booking with outside booking companies because it is impossible to know if the staff are Americans or foreigners. This was the 2nd time we booked through a booking co and feel we were over charged on our room.

The location has been good...

Liked: It is usually quiet; checking in and out has always been quick and easy. It met our needs for this visit to Dubuque. We have stayed here several times and would book here again.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: The room was nice. The staff were excellent and kind and great to interact with. They accept dogs.
Disliked: The breakfast should be a bit better. We chose to skip it.

We had a nice stay....

Liked: The breakfasts were nice. They offered Eggs, French toast sticks and sausage one morning and biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs the next day. The woman in charge of breakfast was pleasant and kept things fresh, Clean, and hot.
Disliked: We had a drawer missing in the bathroom, the toilet kept running and the chain had to be jiggled to get it to stop. The ac/heat display was not readable
