Disliked: Majority of staff wasn’t friendly. 3 staff members were nice and helpful. I’ve never felt so unwanted at a stay period no matter how long it was booked for. My room wasn’t cleaned my entire stay.

Disliked: 1st off cops were there 1st night fighting with angry guests kicked out! The entire building under construction, elevator closed so with my disabled leg i couldnt go upstairs, then with a backpack. my microwave is broken, ive got no wifi at all which i paid for, room phone didnt work at all, oh and tv remote didnt work either😡

Disliked: The fridge was broken and warmer than the room, air unit kept running non stop, water damage stains and most likely mold from the ceiling to pictures on the wall.Was not aware of the construction before booking .Even though it was smoke free there was a horrible cigarette smell as well as marijuana smell
