We had a great stay. Friendly staff; free hot breakfast; the room was spacious and clean.

Had a great stay! They were under renovations but did everything to make our stay remarkable. The newly renovated room we had was beautiful and very clean. Will certainly stay again.

Liked: We took a look around, inspected the room, and determined that it didn’t meet the standards of whatwas promoted online. It felt like we were catfished. Truly false advertising.
Disliked: Where do I begin: the carpet looked like a fresh crime had been committed (CSI worthy), the smell matched the carpet. The sheets looked stained, pillows had no fluff, and the mattress looked like it was picked up from off the side of the road. The Heat/AC unit stayed on to where the digital setpoints could not be adjusted so it was extremely cold. This was supposed to be a surprise for my wife so it feels like I let her down. The decision to pick this hotel for a surprise was an epic fail.

Disliked: It was dirty. Floors were not vacuumed or swept. Crumbs and dirt on floors. Hardly ever staff at desk. Two staff members outside telling one customer that they had bedbugs and roaches. Not a desirable thing to hear from staff after staying there for two nights already. Was disgusting

Disliked: The whole hotel was dirty, worried about bringing bedbugs home

My friends said the bed...

Liked: The woman (Corrina) at the front desk was helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: I used the pull out bed. The sheets were all wrinkly and I wasn't sure they were clean. There was a puddle of urine in the elevator. There was a partially-used bottle of hair conditioner on the sink.
