My stay

Liked: The location and the staff were great
Disliked: The bed's are a bit too soft and the toilet is way too low for anyone tall and anyone that has hip and back problems

Liked: Convient location
Disliked: -The elevator button was broken. I waited 15 mins for the elevator door to open. Here comes another guest and press the up button and then the elevator door open. Staff should have put a sign on the elevator letting the guest know how to operate it. -trash can was dirty union arrival. I have pictures to show. -Shower curtain had mildew on it- linen was dirty-room had an order-room attendant called off, had to clean my own room, take linen to laundry and take trash out. -tv couldn’t keep the signal

Horrible

Liked: Where its at
Disliked: When we checked the room door was open, trash in the room and someone had been laying in the bed. Then the next day was locked out of or room for at least 2 hours, no hot water

Passable

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: There was no hot water and the breakfast wasn't good.

Very good

Liked: The hotel was clean and very quiet. A lot of restaurants nearby and the mall was close by also.
Disliked: Swimming pool was closed down. When I booked the hotel, I was looking forward to swim with me and my children. Didn’t say anything about the hotel, swimming pool being drained and cleaned.

Exceptional

Liked: Location was great, staff was friendly, facilities were cleana and inviting
Disliked: Nothing major that we didn't like. Just small things, our room didn't have the tod to hold the toilet paper, if I was traveling with small children I wouldn't have been able to bath them due to no tub stoper. But those are all minor issues.

Poor

Disliked: You could gear everything around you could see between doors. Elevator buttons didn't work on the 2nd floor.
