Great location but terrible customer...

Liked: I loved the location. I was there for the Fountain City Classic and the stadium is just up the street. Some of the staff was vey friendly. I really love Ms. JJ. She is upfront and takes her job serious.
Disliked: I didn’t like the rudeness of the staff (evening shift on November 9). She threatened to call the cops because we were in the lobby talking, watching the game, and playing games. She never asked us to keep the noise down without automatically threatening to call the cops. She was very rude. From my understanding, she had only been employed for about 2-3 weeks. I’m not denying that we may have been a little noisy but it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. It was quite offensive for you to automatically resort to calling the cops without a warning especially when there were law enforcement officers amongst us present. It just could have been handled better than how she handled it. She needs to get some customer service skills ASAP!The room this time wasn’t as clean as usual. I’ve been staying here every year but this time the showers had mold, I couldn’t lock my door with the extra security lock, and the towel hanger in the bathroom kept falling down. I was also unable to connect my Netflix account to the television. It kept giving an wrote about the WiFi.

Disliked: Cleanliness! Our room had hair and dust all over it. There was hair in the shower, on the toilet, in the sink. There was hair all over the floor, I had to wear shoes the whole time or else stuff would stick to the bottom of my feet.

The hotel needs major work!

Disliked: No hot water, television only had 5 channels, bathroom dirty, television volume would not increase volume couldn't hear either tv. Cabinet doors in kitchen was missi n g. Room floors were sticky. Headboards had head and fingerprints. Breakfast was inadequate, not enough food, staff unable to accommodate large groups. Manager coveted up and scolded employees for telling the residents that they are unable to accommodate the staff because of lack of supplies, the manger would not call to fix tv issues or maintenance to fix issues with the room. No security. Pan handlers roaming hotel parking lot. Handed out dirty towels with stains on them stating they were clean. Just horrible. Half of the rooms were inoperable.

Disliked: The water was cold it was heat flames coming out of the heater and it was a stain on the covers
