Disliked: Our room was not cleaned. The sheets were dirty. It looks like the staff just made the bed from the previous guests and didn’t change the sheets. The ac did not work good and it was muggy. The bathroom shower didn’t drain well. For the price, it was not good.

I enjoyed the location and...
Liked: The location of the property was great. The check-in staff was nice. I did not have much interaction with anyone else.
Disliked: The room was unsanitary. I first noticed a human toenail in the floor. The comforter had two questionable stains. I saw a few roaches in the room. The silverware was filthy and rusted. The windows were dirty. The top of the fridge was dirty. Not to mention, the walls were paper thin and I had the neighbors arguing and the room smelt like weed from the surrounding room smoking.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: Being charged double by the hotel and booking.com and not receiving my money back. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude when asked about why I was being charged twice when I paid for it beforehand.

Disliked: The BLACK lady at the front desk is rude. I paid $100 for my room I got there the tv nor did the remote work I called the front desk and she told me to come to the office to change batteries so that’s what I did, then I went back up to my room & the tv nor the remote was working I paid $100 for a room they’re expecting me to program their tv ! I called the front desk AGAIN a man answered and said he’ll come up to my room to see what the problem is HE NEVER CAME TO MY ROOM NOR DID HE CALL TO SAY HE WASNT COMING which means he lied to a guest ! I called the from desk after waiting for him to show he told me he couldn’t get to my room because of other guests which is totally fine with me ! I then asked can I get another room HE TOLD ME NO. I called mainstay suites to let them know I wasn’t happy with my stay because of my tv and the poor service I received while staying there they offered me a refund of $20. I genuinely feel like I got played because the lady at the front desk was already mad or miserable and my problem was never fixed I’m ver unhappy with my stay I wouldn’t recommend & I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND OR ANOTHER ROOM.
