Liked: Loved staff cleanliness and the large comfortable room! Staff members even gave us directions at 3 am. after we got lost and made it feel like we were welcomed uoom arrival. Caverns are brilliant, and an UNFORGETTABLE experience must be seen for every family. Thank you, booking.com, the best ** birthday ever (after your twenties, a woman never tells her age)

Liked: Room Cleaning was weekly only, the trash was full when we got into our room. The trashcan in the halls were all overflowing. If you left your trash outside of the room in the hallway house keeping didn't come.

Liked: The room was big and it was nice to have a sofa
Disliked: The plates, glasses, and silverware were all dirty, even though they were put away. We found several roaches in our room. The breakfast was not great. Whenever anyone was cooking in another room, the smell went to all the rooms. I asked the staff about another room and they said it’s like that in all the rooms.

Liked: Loved that there was a kitchen area with a cooktop, plus an outdoor seating area. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The breakfast had several cereals, waffles, muffins, hard boiled eggs, bread and English muffins, yogurt, juices and 24 hr coffee. If I had one suggestion it would be to add some more protien options.
Disliked: The room was $200 but had no pool. I wish I would have read more closely because my kids expect a pool at every hotel. The gym was laughable. One treadmill, one bike, and one cable machine.
