Liked: The location was in a very nice area.
Disliked: The room card swipe lock on an exterior side door was broken and the door was not secured. The pillows were all fluff with no support. The room was very worn with mismatched paint covering repairs. The walls were thin allowing external noise to penetrate. The wall unit heater/ac unit was very loud.

Pleasant

Liked: The guy at check in was great friendly and efficient. The two staff at checkout also pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: No TV remote, broken lamp, toilet running off and on, mis-matched paint color on wall patch, people outside talking at night, needed a blanket but none in room, spacious room and great location but overall feel of the room was definitely subpar relative to other choices.

Liked: The Staff was amazing
Disliked: They need to make the room look better .. the tub was patched with a different color the bathroom door was horrible to pull closed the trim damaged the kitchen sink was horrible looks someone glued it together.. I would stay definitely needs a remodel on few things in the rooms . Whoever is the maintenance repair person needs a new hobby.

Disliked: Our room was supposed to be a double suite. We were given a room with a queen bed and a pull-out couch. The hotel was supposed to be no smoking, however the lobby and hall smelled of stale cigarette smoke and there was someone actively smoking in the room next to us. There was mold on the ceiling. The floors were dirty. The bathroom door would not close. The coffee in the lobby in the morning was so bad, it made a member of our family physically ill.

Liked: It had a pool and I worked on my tan
Disliked: The room smelled mildewy it hit me the second I walked in -I opened the windows and it was much better

Liked: Kim at front desk ,everyone is friendly .The room was very nice and clean
Disliked: Booking .com I jad a very hard time checking in staff had to call you and I waited a lomg time.

Roach infested room.

Liked: The staff was nice enough.
Disliked: The hotel smelled terrible. Our room smelled. There were cockroaches. The toilet seat was pealing.

NOT a queen suite

Liked: We left and booked a room at another hotel nearby.Didn't stay there even though the room was prepaid. I would love to speak to someone about this experience.
Disliked: 1. Are those queen beds? We looked in 2 rooms and they are all the same size -- double, NOT queen.2. It is a non-smoking property, yet our clothes smelled of marijuana after being there for 15-20 minutes.3. We looked at 2 rooms/suites. The small sofa in one was dirty and stained; the sofa in the other was just stained. 4. There is no a/c vent in the "bedroom" of the "suite" when you just put walls up around the bed. That doesn't make it a suite. 5. I get that it was inexpensive, but for about the same price we also booked the Comfort Inn nearby which was soooo much better.
