Bed comfortable, bad customer service,...

Liked: No food available at breakfast. Staff said they ran out of food. Asked for refund on money paid for me and my spouse to buy breakfast that was advertised online.
Disliked: Manager was unavailable . Relayed my phone number for Dean to call me , however none was made. Poor service by manager.

Pleasant, no issues.

Liked: Breakfast was okay, on par with most hotel breakfasts. Quiet, easy to reach and ample parking.
Disliked: Only thing I can think of is that the bars of soap for two people are really small. Maybe bring your own or ask for more at check in.

Awesome hotel for a stay!

Liked: This hotel is awesome! And it is right off the exit. What is so awesome about this hotel? This hotel has a friendly, helpful staff with a very clean lobby and sitting area, comfortable and clean spacious rooms with a kitchenette, and very close to downtown. The breakfast was reasonable, and there is a McDonalds and Starbucks right across the street if you wanted more. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bowling Green KY or just passing through.
Disliked: Everything was perfect to me, so I do not have anything to say about not liking this hotel.
