Liked: I did not like all the dead bugs in the pool.
Disliked: Being charged an 150.00 fee for having a birthday party which consisted of having 2 extra kids join my 2 kids and swim for 2 hours hours in the shithole pool before being pushed over by a drunk adult playing football in the kiddie pool.

Disliked: I thought the place looked very worn down simple things could have been done to make it look better replace toilet seat cover the shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty that were to us there was sticky stuff on our carpet the guy came up cleaned it and it was still somewhat sticky housekeeping needs to pay attention to when they're cleaning a little more and clean the corners and make sure the linen is clean when they put it on the bed

Disliked: Front Desk. Guy that worked on 3/10 literally was on his phone the entire time, Disrespectful when talking to him and never followed through with requests. We had to track down a cleaning lady ourselves. He shouldn't have a job.

Nice, but next time will...

Liked: Wanted just a mini staycation for the family. Kids loved the slide.
Disliked: On slide was down. Breakfast the next morning was pretty picked over. Assume they had a busy weekend and probably ran out of food. However, think they should have been better prepared. Forgot an item. Took me 5 days to finally talk to someone who could help me.

Comfortable and quiet

Liked: Location and in a quiet area.Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: It was all good! No complaints!

Very good

Liked: It was very lovely. My room had some minor issues like the shower curtain wasn't even screwed on so that fell on my hubby. The lip for the shower was half way off so it was a massive trip hazard..the pool was very different it's three small square pools one is o think 3-5 ft and it's like a 6x6 and there's a 2ftx3.5ft 5x5 and same with the water slide area. Didn't care to have the breakfast area right in front of the pool kids hated the fact we wernt swimming so they didn't eat

Disliked: The desk clerk never informed us that breakfast was available I heard him telling another customer that that was not that kind of hotel later I was told by the driver that breakfast was served on the other side of the hotel which is comfort inn.
