Disliked: Building is under construction, dust everywhere. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. A/C, heater is very loud, it was very hard to fall asleep sleep.

Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable...

Liked: Good location; convenient to many restaurants, sufficient parking; comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, spacious room with kitchen with granite countertops, and a comfortable workspace area. The outside is well maintained. The inside common areas are in the process of being renovated.
Disliked: 1. Sofa fabric was dirty. I put towels on it to sit on it. 2. Toilet seat had only 1 bolt attached. It was unstable, tilted and slid every time used. 3. Old molded coffee grinds in coffee maker when we went to use it. 4. Glass turntable plate missing from microwave. Note: I should have told staff about the toilet seat. But, I assumed cleaning staff would have noticed and reported.
