Lovely hotel but no spa...

Liked: The hotel was lovely. Our room at the back overlooking the harbour was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Well worth the extra charge to avoid the road noise at the front. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room fridge was welcome as was the spa bath in the bathroom. Best of all, the location was perfect and the Leuvehaven metro right outside the hotel was excellent for travelling around the city and further.
Disliked: Our six day visit from England was intended as a spa break since the hotel held itself out as a spa hotel. There are two separate areas - Spa Heaven and H20. During our stay, the pool in H2O was closed, as was the steam room and the sauna was turned off. In Spa Heaven the panoramic sauna was out of order, the steam room was turned off, there was no hammam and no massages. So, overall, none of the advertised spa facilities were available and there were no spa staff. For a five star spa hotel that is incredibly poor.

Disliked: Design of a wallpaper it was distract and weird , not working pool and not user friendly the facilities
