You get what you pay...

Liked: The price was great for veterans day weekend when we decided to stay the night the day of. The location is amazing since it is like 10-15 mins away from most Disney parks although for Universal, you are looking at about 35-40 mins away. The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. I'm not too picky so it was a successful one night stay.
Disliked: The room was a little dirty, and there was some sort of stuff on the walls and curtains that had not cleaned off. The sheets had stains on them which kind of grossed me out, but you could tell that the sheets had been cleaned so I wasn't completely upset about it. We asked when we got there what time breakfast was till and the lady told me 11 so we showed up at 10:15 and they told us that breakfast ended at 10. The staff was not very kind about that even though there we two other couples at breakfast who had been told the same thing.

NO STAY.

Liked: wE PAID FOR THE ROOM AND WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY HAD OVERGGOOKED. WE WERE TURNED AWAY WITH NO WHERE TO GO. WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL TELL ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICE.
Disliked: EVERYTHING!! GETTING TURNED AWAY WITH NOWHERE TO GO!!

Worst hotel i been in

Liked: I like how nice the front office lady was nice.
Disliked: I didn't like how the the room was not clean there was a hole in the wall.When I got in the bed I was itching.The shower was dirty.There was a hole in the room lamp and no table and the floor was dirty.

Terrible experience

Disliked: Room with roaches, waiting time for check in 1 hour standing, bathroom without light.

Liked: I want and am waiting for a refund.
Disliked: The room smelled like feet there were holes in the wall, the paint was falling off rust over sprinklers carpet coming off the floor and employees walking in unannounced MOLD ON THE BED!!

Liked: The cost was good. location was great. front desk stay very nice
Disliked: First room we went to the door was open, there was trash in the room and the phone wasn't connected. Went to front desk she put me in another room. Upon arriving in that room we noticed the lock broke on door, fridge wouldn't stay closed, and there was a cockroach. Beds were very hard.

Disliked: No microwave in room, no ice bucket, terrible television reception
