NO PAY TV UNHELPFULL STAFF

Disliked: the price was $509 NZ per night which was highly inflated because of the jimmy barns concert which we copped .wanted to watch rugby on TV next morning guess what no sky fox sports etc first time in my life i have stayed at motelwith out pay TV. Asked staff to sort out TV,there reply bad luck set up pay tv account yourselves. they were totally disinterested I would of paid for them to get game on for us not that i should have to.basically they coundnt give a f###kwill not stay there again .in contrast stayed at a wonderfull hotel at Melbourne airport holiday inn $300 a night and guess what great helpfull staff and pay TV IN ROOM THERE ENDS THE LESSON

Comfortable bed not enough to...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the sheets were great quality, smooth and soft.
Disliked: The shower area is a disgrace - dated is one thing thing but the stained discoloured grout around the tiles made it look unclean and unhealthy.

Disliked: Leisure centre bathroom look. The room is not cozy at all, good for a night sleep but very basic motel vibes.

Disliked: Old, dated look. Amenities need urgent updating and modernisation. No hair dryer and kettle in room. No water provided. Bring your own.

Back again. Good basic value

Liked: Peace and quiet. Comfort.
Disliked: Difficulties checking in. No staff in duty. Done by phone including room access code, but SMS with code never received.
