Disliked: Appalling WiFi, continually dropping out. Office opened late. Room not very clean. Exterior looks to be falling down. Roof of my room makes worrying cracking noises.

Liked: There was no breakfast but there was limited crockery for for own breakfast. I did have to ask for 2 bowls so that we could have cereal for breakfast.
Disliked: I had to ask for a wine glass as there was just one provided. Then I had to walk back to reception and ask for bowls for breakfast cereal. My friend tried to switch on lamp which was unplugged from the wall. We had to both move the sofa to get to the PowerPoint, to discover dust and cobwebs - nobody had cleaned it. The kitchen bench had crumbs on it. Exposed brick walls that were dusty, I found a silverfish on bedroom carpet and shower, and a dead fly. Room 2 had a foul, cigarette smell which we could not get rid of. Smell was terrible especially in the fear of property .Beds were hard but sheets were clean. Very dated and I’m desperate need of a thorough clean and minor renovation.Somewhat disappointing considering we paid $170 for a “2 bedroom apartment” for 3 adults. There was a double bed in the bedroom and the small living room with kitchenette had a single bed next to the sofa (so not a separate room).Other places in Cranbourne, a few minutes away,Have clean rooms for $130 per night.We were very disappointed and felt ripped off. I am so happy to be back home in a cleanRoom with no creepy crawlies.
