Dangerous, drugs addicts, drunks noisy.

Liked: Not too far from the beach, but nothing else to like, as it had staff who was liars and treated guests and residents like trash, the residents are drunks, drugs addicts and homeless people, who suffer with broken walls, peeling wallpaper, mould damp, filth, broken showers etc etc
Disliked: As said in the other part, this hotel has drugs addicts, drunks, homeless people, though not all are bad people, a few was very polite, so was the ones when begging for money or asking for things, they also have to suffer things like run down building, broken items, no hot water, broken showers and so on, as do the paying guests.i was stuck here for several days after going there from hospital, i needed to rest and try recover from food poisoning at Wetherspoons, but the hotel was really bad, stinks of drugs, drunks up and down the passages, smoking, vaping, screaming, shouting. doors slamming, endless noise, staff are rude, flat out lie to guests, treat people so poorly, which makes the hotel feel dangerous and you feel like you've been robbed by them. There had been conplaints for months, but still they are posting rooms online, which are not fit for purpose and should not be rented out, anyone going will have suffered and the staff know you will, but they don't care. Very dangerous run down hotel in it's present state at that time, if they fix everything and clean it up, it might get better, but they also need to get rid of the criminal type staff working there. It's totally unacceptable.

Drugs addicts, drunks, noisy and...

Liked: Big twin room, dark curtains to block as much light, NOTHING else was to like, as tje hotel was filled with drugs addicts, council homeless, and contractors who wss drunk, shouting, crashing about, smoking in the building, doing drugs in the building, polish people fighting and arguing.
Disliked: Very unsafe & dangerous hotel, council drugs addicts, homeless drunks going thieving at Tesco and Asda. Etc Staff didn't care about guests, they flat out lied to paying customers, allowed customers to suffer pain and indignities, trauma. Facilities don't work in many rooms freezing showers or hardly any water in the showets, a known issue for many months, but this company still abuses guests, and puts them into damaged unsafe, dirty rooms. Many corridors had broken walls, holes in the walls, there was mold and damp in the hotel, peeling wallpaper, endless noise all day and night, shouting, screaming, doors slamming, drunks, smoking, drugs addicts stinking everywhere out, really dangerous hotel in it's current state. But the staff make it even worse, they totally didn't care about health and safety, or of any guest at all, grab the money and run, you are probably better off sleeping in the skip that was on the carpark.

Drugs addicts, homeless & dangerous...

Liked: Not much to like at all. The hotel is used tp house homeless drugs addicts from the local council.
Disliked: This is the local council drugs addicts placements, drunks and ex prison placements. Very rundown throughout parts of the hotel, there was holes in the walls, torn wall paper, mold & damp, broken items, faulty showers for months, no hot water, i didn't read the reviews when booking, it's only after arriving there from hospital, and needing to rest up, that i read the reviews and after asking staff for help, and being abused and lied to, the female staff totally treat guests like crap, abuses disabled guests, they didn't care about anything, they knew the showers was broken for months, but still renting out rooms for months, fully knowing the hotel is at fault, abusing and causing harm to hundreds of paying customers for months.Stinks of illegal drugs, vapes & smoking, constant noise, drunks and louts, shouting, crashing about like hooligans, fighting and screaming, doors being slammed through the night and day, very dangerous guests and staff, and not just the homeless and drugs addicts, i chatted with a few of the homeless ones, and they said how badly they get treated by staff and how terrible their rooms are,. The beds are painful, it was very hard to sleep getting disturbed all the time. I just can't get over how rude and nasty the staff are to guests, it's really disgusting & unsafe.
