Over all satisfaction
Liked: The location was perfect for what we did in Tulsa. It was near the interstate and the activities we had planed.
Disliked: No elevator.

If no bed bugs then...
Liked: The night staff was very helpful when the sheets in the room were not clean. I use a black light. Bonus no bed bugs found.
Disliked: Dirty sheets and dirty couches. Am desk staff not friendly. With the door to the breakfast open the desk lady did not allow me to get milk for my coffee. She was very rude.

Disappointed
Liked: The pool was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and it wasn't super crowded.
Disliked: There was a 100$ deposit that I was unaware of until we checked in, which is fine there was just no warning. The curtains in the room didn't close, there was a Bobby pin to pin them together and the window was facing the street so there wasn't any privacy. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, the toilet seat was messed up and slid around more than a toilet seat should. The microwave wasn't exactly broken but I'm pretty sure it was Haunted because the plate would spin when the door was open. Also the plate wasn't for that microwave and made it very frustrating to use. The lamps were not clean, I didn't feel safe touching them. But the icing on the cake was the room absolutely reeked of cigarettes. They do have non smoking rooms but I didn't think it would be so bad that the smell followed me home and is now on all of the clothes I took.
