Not the greatest; not the...

Disliked: Very strange checking into via mobile kiosk with a person from the Philipines. I'm sure this turns people away when they stop without a reservation, which I had from trip advisor or another hotel app. The exterior of the hotel is run down and moldy, peeling paint etc. Inside was okay, a little smelly, we didn't use the shower. I guess these absentee owners are maximizing profit. Paid about 108 total on a November weekend, and there were only four other cars in the lot. All the rooms occupied were on the first floor and quite close so we could hear the other travelers. We did see a cleaning person the next day.

Great value for the amount...

Liked: Very clean. First experience with a virtual check-in that went well. You provided everything I needed.
Disliked: Meager breakfast, as basically all sugar sweetened Little Debbie items. Fresh fruit would’ve been a nice touch.

Never again

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible

Not worth it at all

Liked: Location was good, easy to find.
Disliked: Hotel is very run down, locks didn’t work properly, bed was hard as a rock, shower had “patches” all over it. Room smelled musty. If my room wasn’t already paid for I would have left.

Overpriced hotel

Liked: They didn't have a breakfast. They don't even have a front desk! You have to use a kiosk to check in/out.
Disliked: The rooms are very outdated, paint missing on the walls and the bed was hard! Way to much money for what you get!

What about a better see...

Liked: How quickly the maintenance guy provided me with a plunger for the toilet.
Disliked: Toilet wasn’t working properly. Continental breakfast was poor- Nothing healthy. No fresh coffee made.

Superb

Liked: Can tell it's a older hotel but was clean and quiet.
Disliked: While it is pet friendly thought the pet fee of $40 was a bit excessive.

Automated Front Desk ... cool...

Liked: Very interesting as there is no front desk attendant. Check-in, payment and door card are handled by an automated attendant. There was a live person on the other end, but I was not made aware before I checked in and it took me a while to understand the process once in the lobby. I don't know what I would have done if there had been an issue, but things went well. The auto attendant actually worked well. The parking lot needs work and there is limited parking lot lighting, so I was a bit concerned about security at night, but there were no issues.

Good quality for the price.
