In general the hotel was good and would stay again.

Liked: It was nice and cheaper than others and it was the closest to where we wanted to go.
Disliked: Better breakfast.

Liked: Nothing what so ever dissatisfied on every aspect of the customer service communication and problem solving and customer satisfaction was horrible
Disliked: Nothing the customer service was terrible on the day of the reservation I called to inform them that I had to cancel due to an unexpected death in my family. They couldn't even direct me the accurate way to resolve my issue, they weren't any help what do ever. Informed them that with all the disarray with the sudden death in the family my method of payment was compromised and the amount was closed. They still wouldn't help me.

Liked: Location was decent. Right behind the storming crab which we enjoyed. Comfortable beds
Disliked: For a non smoking property, there were several cigarette burns in the blankets on the bed. The linens on the pillows were ripped. There was hair behind the door in the bathroom. The window leaked inside when it rained. There was no microwave or ironing board/iron although there were empty spots for all of these things. And the fridge didn’t keep anything cold- wasting our leftovers from storming crab. We also noticed what appeared to be blood spatter where the wall meets the ceiling about the bed.
