Liked: I didn't like anything at all, I walked back to go to the room and I opened the door to the room. And I immediately turned right around, the hall way smells like fried food and there was people hanging out on the halls, and just nasty and smelt nasty also it smelled like cigarettes. The room had one flashing light and the room was completely dark the bathroom fan was so loud. I always look around the room when I stay at a motel or hotel and I look under the bed and there was a cigarette under there. The door was busted the lock was broke right off so the safety of the room was completely unsafe. I had my children with me. It was the only room I don't believe that for one minute. I'm so angry that I spent even 1$ on that motel it is not a hotel. I didn't stay in your room. You guys make the lobby nice and put a little water fall in there just to catfish people into spending their money on it.

Would avoid a night here

Liked: Strong smell of both cigarettes and marijuana in our room and front hall. Doors didn't close, no insulation to hallway noise, stains on shower curtain and bedding. Beds underwhelming, small.and hard. Pillow.had no pillow case. Free coffee and tea in lounge was dirty. Asked for add onto shuttle service via phone call and person on other end hung up and did not confirm they had heard my request before doing so. Phone crackled and was not sure if it was connecting properly. Receptionist on arrival was very helpful. Receptionist on leaving had no clue. Walking down the hallway floor felt very spongy.

Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and firm which was perfect. The breakfast options are fresh waffles, muffins, croissants, and cereal options. There is milk and juice as well. There is a very nice and spacious dining room. Close to public transportation and shuttle service provided by the hotel. They decorated for Christmas and it's so beautiful There are some restaurants in walking distance and some stores for basic food and drinks items. The bathroom was one that made showers and baths so enjoyable.
Disliked: The pillows were kind of lumpy, so easy fix was to get some of my own.
