Great value, clean, and very...

Liked: Ishpeming is a perfect stopping point as we travel to visit family. We have stayed at the Magnuson Hotel many times and it is a wonderful value. Our favorite feature is their beds - so comfortable! I sleep like a log after driving all day!
Disliked: Disappointed that they don't have a hot tub in their pool area. But that doesn't stop us from staying there. Breakfast is very basic - yogurt, packaged rolls, toast and bagels, etc. But if you want something more, there are many restaurants and fast food places close by.

The staff was super friendly...

Liked: I loved the heating light in the bathroom so I could be warm while showering.
Disliked: The bed was pretty hard. The shower also constantly dripped.

Great value for a clean...

Liked: Great value. The room was outdated but clean and provided everything I needed for a nights stay.
Disliked: Property could use some updating but I feel their price is fairly reflects that. Outdated does not mean dirty. The place was kept up well.
