Liked: The room was comfortable. The staff was usually quick to help and meet our need. It was usually quiet so it was possible to sleep soundly.
Disliked: I would have liked receiving fresh towels during a three day stay. The trash was not collected even after placing it outside the room door. When asked for a plunger, it was just left in a bucket outside the door rather than a staff member plunging the toilet and taking the plunger away. There was no ice machine in the wing of the motel was stayed in.
