Great location and staff!

Liked: Location was excellent for our purposes. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. Personally, I am not a fan of Sysco foods brand but I did eat the yogurt and cereal. The staff was outstanding! Such a wonderful greeting and explanation about everything. Would stay again!

We didn’t stay because of...

Liked: It looked like a decent property,
Disliked: The front desk guy was nasty and angry because of the late check in saying he hates people like us.He was also rude and nasty about us having used booking dot com saying he hates people who use that. He then went ape shit about us having a small dog along despite the fact that there hotel is pet friendly, bitching about having to do more paperwork. Then to top it off he demanded that we not only pay with the card on file but also cash and a second card making us pay 3 times. At this point we walked out and went across the street to another hotel and booked a room with them. I would highly suggest that this front desk person be removed as it will ruin their business
