Prime location, great staff!

Liked: As I was going to Landers Center often, it was a prime location. I was able to walk there and that meant a lot. A lot eating places near by too which helped. Staff called Vish there was so great. He always went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable and welcome there.
Disliked: Wall can be quite thin so you can hear the TV noise from the next room. Had a noisy neighbour who spoke loud so late at night but this was not hotels fault.

One of the most scariest...

Liked: It allowed dogs
Disliked: The pet friendly room was nastier than a prison. Asked to be moved to another room, the front desk foreign lady said “We cleaned that room.” So I left at 11:00 at night a 66 year old woman with my dog and slept in my car. No pics I left in middle of night. Had nowhere to go.

Liked: Less than continental breakfast. More of a snack than a breakfast.

Liked: Location good. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very helpful and attentive.
Disliked: It would be nice if the coffee was a stronger. It would have been nice if there was protein included in the breakfast. Fruit and yogurt would be a good addition to the meal. It was all carbs.

Liked: Great Locations and restaurants in the area, not to far from mall/ shopping centers/movies theater.
Disliked: I didn't get my room cleaned by housekeepers/maid service, I changed my own sheets on the bed, I picked up my own garbage in my room too. I went to the front desk of the hotel and told them that my room was not clean by maid service/ housekeepers. I was told they were very sorry. I asked the young lady working at the front desk could she give me some sheets and everything I need to put fresh linens on the bed. I also need some garbage bags for the 2 garbage cans in the room. I didn't know you have tell housekeepers/maid service you need your room cleaned.
