Liked: The facility was very quiet and accessibility to the elevators was quick.
Disliked: The door was hard to close and I ended up having to slam it several times. There also wasn't enough staff in the restaurant.

Liked: Beautiful decor, friendly guests, and staff who treated you like family.

Liked: We paid for breakfast but didn’t have it- set out by 5 am - nothing was available that early
Disliked: Location wasn’t great. Parking was a bit difficult- we had a lot of stuff and had to keep going back and forth to the place we found parking especially because we didn’t want to use valet.

Liked: The location is great and the building is cool and historic. Employees were all friendly and doing their best.
Disliked: The wifi broke every single day. When I arrived my room was poorly cleaned and the bed was made incorrectly - the duvet wasn't in between any sheets. It went mattress, flat sheet, duvet, and two flat sheets on top of that. I decided to flip it around myself but it made me feel like the room wasnt well cleaned. The room was also 100% out of conditioner, so clearly no one checked that while cleaning. I also requested additional towels night one and never received those.
