Liked: The location is great and the building is cool and historic. Employees were all friendly and doing their best.
Disliked: The wifi broke every single day. When I arrived my room was poorly cleaned and the bed was made incorrectly - the duvet wasn't in between any sheets. It went mattress, flat sheet, duvet, and two flat sheets on top of that. I decided to flip it around myself but it made me feel like the room wasnt well cleaned. The room was also 100% out of conditioner, so clearly no one checked that while cleaning. I also requested additional towels night one and never received those.

Disliked: Hotel room is old (like you might expect) and cramped but also very weirdly built in a totally non practical way.Also very close to zero natural light in the room

It was ok but wouldn't...

Liked: The hotel was located very close to the Gateway Arch National Park. Also, the hotel restaurant was very good and the people were friendly.
Disliked: My room was located on a back alley and there was no view, unless you count seeing into the industrial and debatably abandoned properties next door. There was a lot of mechanical noise from those properties. Really disappointing for my first time stay in St. Louis and being downtown. There was also hair in my bathroom.
