Liked: Great location, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly & efficient staff and the apple cider, fresh apples and teas are truly appreciated extra touches which make the stay more enjoyable. Pleasantly surprised our requests for an early and late check out came through.

Perfection in the heart of...

Liked: Fantastic hotel. Clearly the best during our road trip to Canada and the PNW. From our arrival to our departure everything was perfect. We had a very spacious corner room that was beautifully appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The restaurant, The Courtney Room was outstanding for breakfast and we were fortunate enough to enjoy the tasting menu with pairing wines at dinner which was incredible. By far the best meal on our trip. Location was ideal.The hotel was recommended by friends in Australia and we are so grateful they did. First class!

Liked: The location was amazing. The rooms very clean and nice; Staff were super friendly; Restaurant was good.
Disliked: The gym was a pretty basic so we ended up finding another. The room designs a little old fashioned and the view was open but the car park isn't much to look at:).

Liked: Attention to detail, luxury and close to downtown. Staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Best hotel I have stayed in, in the world so far.
